To make sure that you have the right expectations, we want to emphasize that we are a small guesthouse and not a big hotel. Both come with different services, which we will try to make clear below.
What to expect?
- a small and quiet guesthouse, shared with its owners
- perfect location in bohemian San Telmo
- large rooms with comfortable box-springs, airco/fan and soundproof windows
- private and shared bathrooms
- a living room with TV, computer and big couch
- a kitchen to prepare your meals
- daily cleaning of the common areas, room cleaning on request
- typical Argentinean breakfast (from 09:15 to 11:00)
- airport transfers
- and of course all our enthusiasm, hospitality and knowledge to make your stay in Buenos Aires unforgettable!

- early breakfast (in 1 block you find a lot of bars to take early breakfast)
