Policies

The rates can change because of the season, special offers and the length of the stay. Please take into account the amount discussed by email. The rates can also change if at arrival you decide to stay shorter than agreed by email.

Check in from 11:30 am and check out at 10:30 am. You can arrive from 09:30 am, but maybe your room is not ready yet. If you want to come before 09:30 am, you should book the night before.

Cancelations can be done until 5 days before arrival. After that we will not return the deposit.

The total amount of the stay must be paid on the first day. Please don´t forget to go to the ATM.

We remember you that we don´t have 24 hour reception. Please inform us about your arrival time. We will wait you 2 hours from that time. If there are any changes, please let us know. If we have your flight number, we will check it online.
